Custom Designed Patterns For Gray Iron & Ductile Iron Castings
Relatively low cost wood patterns can be used to cast
precise parts that are nearly comparable to investment cast
quality. Chemically bonded sand prevents mold wall movement
and assures that the part will fit the fixture on precision
CNC machines. Our sand system and method of using wood
patterns makes it practical for us to produce custom designs
and limited runs to meet customer needs.
CFM can make rapid minor changes to your pattern equipment
by our in house pattern shop. CFM has a full service pattern
shop to maintain all your pattern & core box needs. All your
equipment is monitored for wear & tear and repairs are made
when necessary. We build patterns with the material that
best suits your needs for the production life of your parts.
All patterns are proofed & samples are sent to you for
inspection & quality assurance. Any pattern repair that is
too large for our pattern shop will be sent to one of our
qualified pattern makers in the area.
